The major pharmaceutical client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Digital Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of consumer-facing digital products that drive customer engagement and business value.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, and QA.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Experience in digital product development, especially in web or mobile platforms.
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities.
- Experience with product backlog management and user story creation
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate product requirements from the Product Manager, Designer, or Business stakeholders into clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to guide development and ensure timely delivery.
- Define, monitor, and communicate timeline commitments to leadership based on current state analysis.
- Use analytics and user feedback to inform prioritization and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 5–9 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager as part of an agile development team.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 100% remote supporting EST hours
