Infosys is looking to support its growing QSR client portfolio by delivering digital products that transform restaurant operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business performance.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 5 years in a Product Owner or Product Management role in Agile environments
- Experience in QSR tech ecosystem – POS systems, Kitchen automation tools, Third-party delivery integrations, loyalty programs, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe)
- Knowledge of integration platforms and API-led architectures
- Experience in data-driven decision making – A/B testing, customer behavior analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD environments for faster product rollouts
Responsibilities
- Capturing business needs and converting them into actionable user stories
- Defining the product roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle
- Defining product strategy, value realization and continuous delivery
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Backlog grooming, epic/story creation, prioritization, and sprint planning
- Create feature roadmaps, MVP plans and collaborate with engineering/design teams to ship high-impact solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding
