The Firm-wide CDAO AI Agent Specialists team needs to define and configure complex product solutions for key internal client relationships, advising firm-wide teams in designing and integrating AI Agents within their application architecture, and empowering clients to implement Agents to create business value.
Requirements
- Experience building or delivering Agentic AI and or GenAI Solutions into production applications
- Enthusiastic to learn multi-agent architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
- Familiarity with developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, Gen AI models, and knowledge of model evaluation and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and microservices design, implementation, and performance optimization.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical methods
- Strong foundation in application architecture, software engineering, machine learning, and public cloud
- Excited to build or use LLM powered Agentic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address internal clients’ needs and objectives through collaboration with our Product and Engineering organization
- Assist in providing foundational technical support to help internal clients design and implement agent-based solutions effectively.
- Aid the team lead in preparing materials and technical components for client engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and supporting the successful deployment and integration of agent solutions.
- Support the team lead in working with product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of best practices for Agentic Systems architecture and integration, focusing on performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.
- Support your manager in working with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to advance the capabilities of Agentic AI.
