Responsibilities
- Partner with field teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products.
- Collaborate with field teams to identify and prioritize target accounts for product introduction and activation.
- Facilitate seamless integration of new products into clinical practice by collaborating with other stakeholders.
- Drive processes for support during initial cases to ensure smooth product implementation and address any clinical or technical challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with the field sales force, actively engaging in territory visits, collaborative selling, and problem-solving activities.
- Provide the field force with internal and external marketing resources, sales tools, and competitive insights to enhance sales enablement.
- Act as a key liaison between the field, product development teams, and other internal departments to communicate feedback, identify needs, and drive continuous process improvements.

- Requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Travel: willingness to travel as needed (~15%)
