Bank of America's Private Equity/Real Assets Product Sourcing & Origination team needs to develop and maintain a comprehensive product offering calendar across Private Markets, including Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Special Situations, and Energy Transition within its Alternative Investments platform for various client demographics. This involves sourcing managers/funds, onboarding them, launching feeder funds and direct investments, determining offering and pricing structures, negotiating terms, managing external fund relationships, and driving initiatives to support a robust Alternative Investments platform for private bank/institutional clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of general financial industry experience with preference of strong alternative experience, within private equity origination or deal sourcing
- Knowledge of financial market required, a lean toward private markets preferred
- Series 7 and 66 preferred at time of hire or must be willing to obtain within 120 days of start date
