Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, global projects, driving timelines, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity, resolving supply chain challenges, and implementing strategic solutions that improve outcomes.
- Solid background in sourcing, supplier evaluation, and supply chain development, with experience supporting new product introductions and aligning with category strategies.
- Deep expertise and progressive experience in purchasing, supply chain, quality, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with international teams and suppliers, navigating cultural and regional differences to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Skilled in presenting ideas clearly, building consensus across teams, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring every step meets high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Track NPI progress, hold cross-functional teams accountable, and support procurement-related capital planning to keep projects on course and on budget.
- Provide strategic leadership to procurement teams, aligning sourcing decisions with category strategies and resource planning to support successful product launches.
- Collaborate with operations and product development teams to design and implement supply chains that support new product rollouts.
- Research and evaluate current and potential suppliers, offering expert recommendations that influence supplier selection and strengthen our global network.

- Up to 20% domestic and international travel is expected.
