Capgemini Engineering is looking for a seasoned PLM specialist to architect end-to-end PLM ecosystems and deliver scalable and secure digital product lifecycle environments across global enterprises.
Requirements
- Customization & Development Expertise in server-side extensions, ITK customization (C/C++), and Active Workspace customization using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Access Control & Security In-depth knowledge of user role management, permission configurations, and security enforcement in Teamcenter environments.
- Workflow & Change Management Skilled in workflow configuration, automation, ARAS PLM customization, and end-to-end change management processes and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop Custom ITK & SOA Solutions in C/C++ and Java, enhancing data processing, interoperability, and business logic execution.
- Configure document types, templates, and metadata schemas in BMIDE and Access Manager to standardize technical documentation across global business units.
- Collaborate with clients to capture engineering rules and business requirements, translating them into Rule Stream knowledge base configurations and VIA custom solutions.
- Build customized EBOM comparison and visualization features in Active Workspace, enhancing collaboration across engineering, quality, and sourcing functions.
- Develop proof-of-concept for AI-assisted PLM change management, reducing manual effort and cycle times by over 25%.
- Optimize CAD multi-site deployments, tuning FMS cache hierarchies and replica policies to ensure seamless file access and high availability for design teams across time zones
- Develop Automation Scripts for System Health Monitoring, improving proactive issue resolution and reducing downtime across PLM systems.
