Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is looking to support and enhance their enterprise integration platforms, with a focus on MuleSoft and related middleware technologies, to ensure critical integration systems are resilient, secure, and performant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise integration/middleware platforms in mission-critical environments.
- Hands-on expertise with at least two of: MuleSoft, Kafka, Apache Camel, TIBCO.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace highly preferred, plus CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk).
- Experience leading incident response and postmortems, with a track record of improving system reliability.
- Scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational support for MuleSoft and other integration platforms (Kafka, TIBCO, Apache Camel).
- Serve as an escalation point for complex production incidents, including root cause analysis and postmortems.
- Own deployments, upgrades, and performance tuning of integration systems.
- Drive improvements in observability, monitoring, and proactive remediation using tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
- Partner with SREs, developers, and architects to define and enforce reliability and security standards.
