Requirements
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and development of the organization’s AI roadmap
- Ensure alignment of the AI strategy with overall business objectives and priorities
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates and presentations to leadership
Other
- 8–12+ years in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives
- Experience in healthcare or payer organizations is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
