The Senior Project Manager role is critical to ensuring successful onboarding of new customers and meeting contractual obligations for Hancock Cloud deployment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout process for new customers.
- Outline and develop the rollout plan with clarity and fluidity.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and Hancock Software.
- Ensure adherence to all contractual requirements.
- Exceed all deadlines and budget requirements.
- Document processes clearly and concisely.
- Train new users on all aspects of the product.
