Cognizant is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications and services, integrating Generative AI technologies and cloud deployment practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar low-code orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with popular GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.).
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
- Solid experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Python applications integrating GenAI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Build and orchestrate AI workflows using LangGraph or similar low-code frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate models into production systems.
- Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure scalable, secure deployments.
- Monitor and optimize performance of AI services in production.
