Delta Dental Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to ensure the high quality of data for its Enterprise Subject Areas by designing and developing a QA strategy for the Enterprise Data Platform, implementing data governance and quality control measures, and leading the evaluation and implementation of data quality tools.
Requirements
- Leveraging tools like Selenium, GitHub, TestRail, QTP, and Postman for both manual and automated testing of data integration and dataset processes.
- SQL to develop complex business logic for validating data across multiple layers.
- data warehouse concepts and skilled in performing manual data validation within the healthcare domain.
- developing automated testing processes using Python, Java, or JavaScript for data validation and testing.
- automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium, and expertise in test scripting.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop QA strategy for Enterprise Data Platform.
- Implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data quality tools, and frameworks.
- Automation For the Regression Testing.
- Creates Detailed, Comprehensive and Well-Structured Test Plans and Test Cases.
- Executes Test Cases And/or Automation Scripts and Identifies and Documents Defects Thoroughly.
- Analyzes Quality Assurance Metrics and Creates Test Summary Reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify opportunities, and propose efficient data quality solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Quality Analysts, assisting in their professional development.
- Support The QA Activities in Liaison with Other It Partners and Business.
