Responsibilities

• Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization.
• Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback.
• Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.
• Approving and coordinating change requests for deployments, maintaining visibility of Incidents and tracking their closures, approving entitlements for access requests
• Managing the on call rotation schedule for the BI teams

• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
