Requirements
- Experience with quality management systems and software.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to quality control.
- Familiarity with ASTTM/ASME standards
- Familiarity with metallurgical testing
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Document inspection results and report any deviations from quality standards to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or inspection roles.
- Associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
