The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead the integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining a quality management system
- 5+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
- 5+ years of experience working in a Quality
- More than 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- 10 or more years’ related work experience
Responsibilities
- Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Provides interpretation of complex requirements.
- Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
- Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.
- Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
