Requirements
- Advanced analytical/technical problem solving skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality requirements
- Ability to develop and implement new solutions to existing problems
- Experience with automation and continuous improvement activities

- Experience with auditing and monitoring manufacturing processes
Responsibilities
- Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product
- Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products
- Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
- Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
- Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
- Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
- Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures

- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to coach and review the work of lower level professionals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
