Emerson's Differential Pressure Flow division in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to help maintain their Quality Management System (QMS) documentation control system, investigate quality concerns, manage their ASME welding program, and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of applicable experience
- Experience in ASME welding process is preferred
- Metrology, CMM and Lean six sigma are a plus
Responsibilities
- Help to maintain the QMS documentation control system with online access.
- Investigate quality questions and concerns, regarding Emerson DP Flow processes and products, and provide appropriate feedback to the originator.
- Manage and develop processes and systems for scheduling, conducting and reporting on our ASME welding program.
- Maintain detailed and complete records of audit results and corrective actions.
- Identify trends from process and system audit results and drive improvement projects.
- Evaluate and approve calibration suppliers to ensure their qualifications and traceability to national standards.
- Assist other departments in writing and proofing new and updated procedures and work instructions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred
