Requirements
- Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including requirements derived from AS9145 and/or AS13100
- Knowledge of the 8D process and review C/A plans with the product quality team
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with quality control and improvement initiatives (PPAP, RTX-Zero)
- Experience with new product introduction support
- Experience with change review board support
- Experience with non-conforming material review and approval
Responsibilities
- Ensuring successful product release through quality tools (ETQP, PPAP, MPR)
- Timely RCCA for product escapes
- FAI reviews
- Business process enhancements through continuous improvement initiative
- Nonconforming material review and approval
- Customer returned product investigation
- Delivered quality corrective action and site wide read across
Other
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Leadership skills in a production environment
