The job is looking to solve problems related to quality management, process improvement, and ensuring product quality for Emerson DP Flow processes and products.
Requirements
- Experience in ASME welding process is preferred.
- Metrology, CMM and Lean six sigma are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Help to maintain the QMS documentation control system with online access.
- Investigate quality questions and concerns, regarding Emerson DP Flow processes and products, and provide appropriate feedback to the originator.
- Manage and develop processes and systems for scheduling, conducting and reporting on our ASME welding program.
- Maintain detailed and complete records of audit results and corrective actions.
- Identify trends from process and system audit results, and drive improvement projects.
- Evaluate and approve calibration suppliers to ensure their qualifications and traceability to national standards.
- Assist other departments in writing and proofing new and updated procedures and work instructions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Five (5) years of applicable experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Six (6) years of applicable experience.
