Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.
- Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to identify growth opportunities within our list-based marketing channels.
- Develop business cases by monitoring campaign performance, optimize spending, and drive continuous improvements across campaigns.
- Partner with the creative team to review, assign, and recommend campaign creative that resonates with target audiences. Work together to design and analyze tests to improve consumer journey.
- Deliver insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as revenue, acquisition, and ROI.
- Assess marketing channel performance vs. forecast to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.
- Build out marketing creative databases and ensure consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable.
- Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data and strategy into clear, actionable insights.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
