BHG Financial is looking to leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and drive measurable growth across marketing and other key functions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.
  • Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to identify growth opportunities within our list-based marketing channels.
  • Develop business cases by monitoring campaign performance, optimize spending, and drive continuous improvements across campaigns.
  • Partner with the creative team to review, assign, and recommend campaign creative that resonates with target audiences. Work together to design and analyze tests to improve consumer journey.
  • Deliver insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as revenue, acquisition, and ROI.
  • Assess marketing channel performance vs. forecast to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.
  • Build out marketing creative databases and ensure consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data and strategy into clear, actionable insights.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
