BHG Financial is looking to solve the problem of driving measurable growth across marketing and other key functions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives, by hiring a strategic and analytical professional who can translate business strategy into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E) to enhance productivity, automate content creation, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in consumer lending.
  • Ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine selection lists using predictive models and advanced analytics, leveraging segmentation, scoring, and performance data to target high-value prospects with precision.
  • Create and manage campaign files, ensuring all necessary data, assets, and documentation are compiled and organized for smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain marketing creative databases, ensuring consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable for campaign execution.
  • Identify and evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to uncover growth opportunities across list-based marketing channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to assign and refine campaign assets that resonate with key audiences; design and analyze A/B tests to enhance the consumer journey.
  • Translate marketing performance into business impact by delivering insights that connect campaign metrics to outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.
  • Monitor and assess channel performance against forecasts to uncover optimization opportunities and scale high-performing strategies.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-player mindset and be relentlessly committed to service.
