Arc Aspicio is looking to hire a Senior Quantitative Research and Data Associate for their Federal Programs division to support justice and law enforcement missions by improving outcomes of grant programs through data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a blend of justice research and data analysis and visualization research in criminal justice
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with data analysis and software projects such as Tableau, Excel macros, SPPS, ArcGIS, Access
  • Excellent skills in creating presentations and visualizations to share insights into data
  • Data Analysis, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, loves to learn, excited to engage and build relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on data collection and analysis in support of juvenile justice program research and reporting efforts
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other business intelligence and data analysis tools
  • Support development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report grants progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis of a wide variety of sources and verifies quality prior to incorporating it into presentations and dashboards
  • Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
  • Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
