QuEra is seeking to integrate quantum computing and AI by developing the next generation of quantum and AI algorithms.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise with modern AI/ML methods, such as deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Understanding of quantum information theory and quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience deploying AI training and inference on HPC environments
- Strong experience in state-of-the-art quantum machine learning methods, such as quantum generative models and quantum reinforcement learning
- Experience in scientific software development, including prior open-source contributions
Responsibilities
- Develop the next generation of quantum and AI algorithms guided by experience with classical AI approaches
- Develop and deploy algorithms on the next generation of neutral-atom hardware
- Integrate quantum algorithms with practical AI-driven toolchains
- Drive innovation across simulation, optimization, and quantum machine learning domains
Other
- PhD in math, computer science, quantum physics, or equivalent professional experience
- An excellent track record of publications in AI and/or quantum computing
