Requirements
- Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist certifications
Responsibilities
- Coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed
- Ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders
- Strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team and mission outcomes
- Work with product owners, managers, and development teams
- Apply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments and provide recommended solutions
- Deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams
- Lead technical teams and Agile releases

- 8+ years of experience performing as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment
