Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a Petroleum/Chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics, tools, and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate potential reliability risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle, applying advanced techniques such as FMEA, FMECA, and fault tree analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to define and establish reliability goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize advanced reliability testing and thoughtful methods to validate and optimize product performance.
- Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.
