Honeywell is looking to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of their products by instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the reliability engineering team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a Petroleum/Chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate potential reliability risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle, applying advanced techniques such as FMEA, FMECA, and fault tree analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and establish reliability goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize advanced reliability testing and thoughtful methods to validate and optimize product performance.
  • Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability engineering practices and methodologies.

  • Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.
