They have developed a new type of health data called home-reported outcomes (HROs) which are valuable for life sciences companies researching therapies. The company is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead and oversee research initiatives that align with their organizational goals and client priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a research-related field, with at least 1 year in a project/ research management role.
- Proven experience overseeing project timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the study design and rollout of multiple research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client priorities.
- Assign work and provide direction to junior research team members and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of goals and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to review objectives and evaluate success.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and project deliverables; monitor and adjust work plans as needed.
- Drive initiatives that enhance effectiveness of research operations and outputs.

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
