The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James) is seeking a Research Associate to support initiatives within the Center for Antibody Therapeutics (CAT). The CAT is dedicated to the discovery, production, and translation of antibody-based cancer therapies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to accelerate immuno-oncology research from basic science discovery to translation and commercialization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned experiments independently, including advanced in vitro and in vivo techniques.
- Perform molecular biology tasks such as DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, and antibody development.
- Execute protein biochemistry techniques, including antibody/protein purification, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and flow cytometry.
- Manage mammalian and bacterial cell cultures, including bispecific antibodies and CAR-T/CAR-NK systems.
- Conduct in vitro assays such as ADCC, CDC, IncuCyte, RTCA cytotoxicity assays, and Biacore analyses.
- Develop cancer animal models using techniques like tail vein, intraperitoneal, and subcutaneous injections, small animal imaging, and therapeutic testing.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
