Requirements
- Ability to prototype quickly, with adept critical thinking skills
- Experience designing unique computer vision and machine learning algorithms
- Understanding of color science and human perception
- Proven track record of journal publications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Research state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms and prior art in the field of human perception and color science
- Create demos and run experiments to quantify and/or validate algorithm design and human perception attributes
- Invent, design, and develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms
- Write software that is efficient, modular, bug free, understandable to others and well documented
- Document and present findings in a cohesive manner including both internal and external publication platforms
Other
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Imaging or Color Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented work ethic
