Breg is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Management Solutions Product Manager to develop workflow and technology alignment to support Breg's onshore collections activity and improve process and technology automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology and workflow with billing and RCM workflow is required.
- Strong understanding of medical device billing, coding, coverage, and payment processes and practices is required,
- In-depth knowledge of the role of Accounts Receivable within a billing environment is also required.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, and Power Point capabilities.
- Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems and proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with Oracle, Customer Relations Management (CRM), and Power Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops workflow and technology alignment to support Breg’s onshore collections activity.
- Partners with Breg’s Claims System (BCS), Vision, Payor Contracts, Quality and other team leaders to develop strategies to improve process and technology automation.
- Reviews trends that impact collections performance and defines, documents, and implements to drive corrective action.
- Communicates the strategies, plans, and opportunities for the future to recalibrate as necessary.
- Partners with the Breg Compliance team to support alignment of policies with procedures to ensure compliance with the billing and reimbursement rules and regulations.
- Partners with Field Sales and Service teams to find solutions to maximize claim quality and ultimately billing collections rates with technology and workflow.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance billing activities with companies that performs Medicare Part B and other health insurance reimbursement functions is required.
- Experience with Durable Medical Equipment billing is a significant plus.
