RoboForce is seeking a Senior Robotics Technician and Lab Manager to oversee robotics lab operations and assist with engineering tasks for their Physical AI and Robo-Labor system, specifically the TITAN humanoid robot.
Requirements
- Familiarity with machine shop setup, lab safety protocols, and PPE standards.
- Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, including cabling, alignment, and calibration.
- Proficient in inventory management, kitting, and coordinating shipping/receiving.
- Experience with automation systems or autonomous vehicles.
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing, soldering, welding, drilling, and cutting.
- Has supported robotic system integration, maintenance, and mechatronic assembly.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations for 3D printing, laser cutting, soldering, machining, and painting, ensuring safety compliance.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and manage parts inventory, kitting, shipping, and receiving.
- Assemble, cable, align, and calibrate mechanical and electrical systems.
- Support experiments with basic testing, data logging, and reporting.
- Has supported robotic system integration, maintenance, and mechatronic assembly.
Other
- Develop and enforce lab safety protocols, conduct training, and keep the lab organized.
- Oversee daily lab operations, coordinate with teams, and manage consumables.
- 5–10 years of experience in lab management, robotics, or automation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to oversee lab operations and cross-team coordination.
- Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.
