AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is looking to transform the way people finance their homes by expanding beyond mortgages to offer home equity loans and personal loans. The company aims to simplify and modernize the lending experience through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions, requiring the development and integration of robust web applications, RPA workflows, and AI-powered applications.
Requirements
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation for frontend development.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Java for backend development.
- Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
- Solid understanding of MS SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, specifically UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere, and familiarity with similar platforms such as Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Demonstrated proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center for building, deploying, and managing RPA solutions.
- Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and Node.js in a microservice environment.
- Design and develop user interfaces with HTML, CSS and/or generated by JSON.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath and other automation platforms to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing applications and systems to automate repetitive tasks across mortgage origination, underwriting, and servicing workflows.
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GenAI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate AI services into full-stack solutions using frameworks like LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI.
- Architect hybrid automation solutions that combine AI/ML capabilities with RPA to create intelligent document processing and decision-making workflows.

- Work in the EST timezone to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.
- Availability to work in the CST time zone is mandatory.
