EPAM Georgia is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design and deliver comprehensive automation solutions leveraging Power Automate, Copilot, and other low-code/no-code platforms to improve workflows using AI-powered capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate; knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot preferred
- Proficiency in designing RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop/Cloud and Copilot for creating automation scripts
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and OpenAI
- Understanding of API integrations, connectors, and hybrid automation architectures
- Background in platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is beneficial
- Ability to evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
- Basic scripting skills in .NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for advanced automation use cases
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot, and low-code/no-code platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and translate them into actionable workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, and Bedrock, to enable NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics
- Build and maintain automation pipelines that meet reliability, scalability, and compliance standards
- Diagnose and improve the performance of existing automations, eliminating bottlenecks and addressing issues
- Stay current on emerging trends in automation technologies like generative AI, process mining, and hyperautomation
- Empower non-technical teams to use low-code solutions for citizen development through platforms like Power Automation and Azure Functions
