Rippling is looking to develop visualizations and uncover insights that support the growth of the company and sales teams, by hiring a Senior Sales Analyst to provide visibility into the performance of the business and identify key trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with data, ideally partnering with GTM orgs (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
- Ability to write complex SQL and build data pipelines, ideally within Snowflake and DBT
- Proficiency in data visualization, with expertise with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, DBT, Github
- Experience with Python or R a plus
- Ability to write complex SQL queries
- Building data visualizations
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Development & Sales teams to understand their work. Use your understanding to define, document and own actionable metrics to help guide decision-making at Rippling.
- Develop and own critical reporting and self-serve dashboards that provide insights into Rippling’s business performance.
- Collaborate with partners within data science and data engineering to build, document, and manage our core data tables for Sales Analytics.
- Individually own and drive analyses, workstreams, and high priority projects.
- Proactively provide insights on sales performance and business processes.

- Adept at tailoring presentations to executives, managers, and individual contributors within the organization.
- Experience in developing definational documentation, as well as leading educational sessions for business teams on dashboards and analytical insights.
- Must be able to work in office at least 3 days a week
