Rippling is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Product Sales to support the success of our Sales organization across all Rippling products. You’ll play a critical role in helping to drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and post-sales performance across our suites of products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Finance, Sales Analytics, or another related field
- Excellent Excel, SQL, BI, Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
- Support the annual planning process with building operational plans, including sales targets, headcount plans, and resource allocation
- Build reporting and dashboards on key performance metrics to keep a pulse on the business and inform decision-making
- Support the weekly forecasting process
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales organization
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing leaders to define and refine sales strategies across Rippling’s product lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
