NEOGOV is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer to optimize their Salesforce platform by improving design, analyzing processes, and maintaining the system to ensure efficient operations and customer success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience including valid Advanced Level certification(s)
- 4+ years of Salesforce Billing, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, and/or Service Cloud experience
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce financial applications, including Financial Management, Revenue Management, Renewals, and Billing
- Experience with Salesforce development languages including SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Lightning web components
- Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce Lightning reports and Dashboards
- Experience building flows, dynamic pages, validation rules, and managing 3rd party integrations including RightRev, Netsuite, or similar financial applications
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionality (CPQ, custom objects, flow builder, CRM Analytics, Communities, data structures, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, administration, and maintenance of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms including workflow management, user management, case management, security settings, and data integrity
- Identify inefficiencies within the Sales and Service Cloud platforms, focusing on process improvement, enhancements, and cleanup
- Build and support organization via ongoing development using coding languages
- Play a key role in the integration and management of 3rd party systems connected to salesforce, including finance, sales, marking, and service oriented tools, as well as Mulesoft and Zapier
- Partner with IT and Product Development teams to create and maintain system integrations to maximize Salesforce as a central source of truth
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with the service and support stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations to enhance Service Cloud functionalities

- This is an onsite role Mon-Fri at the Draper, Utah office, El Segundo, CA office, or San Clemente, CA office.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
- Actively participate in team meetings and be a part of planning and design sessions with the internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
- Experience working in a scrum environment and managing sprints and stories effectively
