SonicWall is seeking to expand and improve its Salesforce platform across sales, marketing, and support teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex orgs
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/IPaaS, and custom web services
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action on Salesforce platform
- Develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems
- Build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency
- Support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations
- Maintain platform security best practices, user permissions, and field-level security

- Partner with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, and Business Ops to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins on configuration, security, and org-wide changes
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers and administrators
- Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
