The company is looking to solve the problem of optimizing and automating sales processes, revenue systems, and quote-to-cash processes using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition)
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and collaboration between finance and sales operations
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and middleware for integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment best practices
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Provide system administration for both internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs, web services, and middleware
- Manage ongoing support, maintenance, and long-term improvements to ensure the Salesforce instance remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business goals
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure minimal disruption and maintain optimal system performance
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure best practices for high-quality, maintainable code
- Implement security protocols, including field-level security, sharing rules, and user roles to safeguard data integrity
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and revenue operations, systems transformation, or process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace with flexibility
