Verkada's Business Systems Engineering team needs to improve tools used by external customers, partners, and internal teams to reduce bottlenecks and friction, drive process improvements, and provide technical solutions, focusing on automation and data reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
- Full stack software engineering experience with the ability to work on the latest front-end technologies built on cloud infrastructure like React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- AWS Cloud experience touching foundational blocks like: Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.
- Shipped customer-facing products or internal tools in the past
- Passion for observability and reliability
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using Cloud Based Technologies such as AWS, Salesforce, or GCP
- Build tools and features that enable our Partners to better transact with Verkada
- Improve systems observability and invest in reliability & correctness of data
- Lead projects from ideation to release
- Help and mentor junior engineers
- Develop customer empathy to propose improvements to systems
