GE Appliances is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Technical Lead to enhance their Field Service application by developing custom extensions and integrating with various data sources.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Salesforce Field Service development in a Service Cloud environment.
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Architect or other related Salesforce certification
Experienced in Agile Methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
Develop custom FSL extensions and other FS applications using LWC, Apex, and/or other Salesforce programming tools
Utilize 3rd Party integrations (via Mulesoft) to connect to various data sources
Salesforce objects, fields, configurations, and automations
Responsibilities

Provide clarification/explanation of complex requirements to junior Developers.
Assist with QA, UAT, and Bug Fixes (as needed).
Act as development team lead for Release Management preparation and issue resolution (DevOps)
Collaborate with TA & SA on captured Business requirements, Acceptance Criteria, and proposed Solution(s)
Map data flows, automations, and transformations.
Other
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, or related technical field
Strong Verbal, Writing, and Interpersonal communication skills.
Meet with project Stakeholders to review and document proposed solutions in Jira and Confluence
Participation in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Assist Project Leaders with input to roadmaps and timelines.
