Zing Health seeks to lead and evolve their Salesforce platform in support of healthcare business operations for those 65 and over, recognizing the importance of social determinants of health.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC, and flow configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, App Builder, Administrator, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, DocGen, FlexCards, and OmniStudio.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Own technical implementation across the full software development life cycle.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications for optimal function.
- Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and development standards on Salesforce.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore Salesforce team members.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work authorization required for Remote-USA position
