Pella Corporation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to contribute to the success of a stable, growing organization by driving strategic value through custom applications built on Salesforce.
Requirements
- Has 5+ years of engineering experience developing business applications in Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Apex triggers and controllers.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using GraphQL (including schema design, resolvers, mutations, and queries), REST-based Web services, and Appexchange apps.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and consuming GraphQL APIs for Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with GraphQL tools and libraries (e.g., Apollo, Relay, or equivalent).
- Experience working on GIT, Force.com IDE, and migration tools (e.g., Copado).
- Demonstrated experience building business applications and capabilities with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis, development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work with product managers to drive strategic value through custom applications built on Salesforce.
- Develop high-quality, scalable applications with Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning frameworks (Aura and/or LWC), as well as declarative- and configuration-driven development.
- Work in the Salesforce.com development environment, which includes custom objects, workflows, triggers, SOQL & SOSL.
- Build integrations with other systems, including SaaS applications from other vendors using GraphQL, REST APIs, Bulk APIs & Metadata APIs.
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs to enable efficient and flexible data access between Salesforce and internal systems.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define GraphQL schemas, mutations, and queries that support business requirements.
