GM Financial is looking to change the auto finance industry by embarking on tech modernization, and is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to provide business application solutions to enhance Servicing agents’ experiences while working to support loan and lease customers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of integrating Salesforce with a broad range of enterprise technologies across Azure and AWS
- Knowledge of Apex triggers, classes, Flows and Scheduled jobs; as well as knowledge of Cases and Service cloud work processes
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related Salesforce technologies such as Own
- Specific knowledge of call-center integration flows and technologies such as: telephony integration, Salesforce service process studio, advanced API integration, integration experience on public clouds such as AWS or Azure
- Custom LWC, Apex, Flows and Scheduled jobs
- Experience with microservices and API first design
- Knowledge of DevOps and delivery practices including testing and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Building solutions on Salesforce and integrating Salesforce into a rich ecosystem of custom built applications on Azure and AWS, as well as third party solutions
- Helping to stand up a new instance of Salesforce, working with Salesforce resources to define how a captive lender will use their Automotive Cloud Solution and related Data Architecture
- Collaborating with key business subject matter experts and technical architects to implement and deliver amazing solutions to help agents work in compliant and efficient ways
- Defining and implementing best practices in microservices and API first design integrating Salesforce into the enterprise tech landscape
- Delivering encryption configurations, user security profiles and permissions, monitoring and disaster recovery using Own to fulfil Cyber requirements
- Designing data synchronization between Salesforce and other systems
- Delivering outbound and inbound API integrations
Other
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information experience; or over 7 years experience of equivalent work required
- 5-7 years of Salesforce experience required
- Good Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management skills
- Flexible hybrid work environment (onsite 2 days a week/3 days remote) at the Arlington (AOC1), TX office
