The Plymouth Rock Company is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain their current Salesforce implementation, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the platform's performance, security, and scalability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing within Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Integrate Salesforce with external vendor applications and home grown solutions using APIs and web services.
- Lead technical design sessions
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Review salesforce releases to ensure no impact to current applications.
Other
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
