Ferrellgas is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to support strategic business initiatives, empower teams to improve efficiency, drive automation, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
- Additional certifications (e.g., Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect) are a plus.
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs).
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Salesforce data model.
- Proven experience in integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, or API management platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
Responsibilities
- Leads the architecture, customization, and ongoing optimization of Sales and Service Cloud platforms within the Lightning Experience UI.
- Designs, develops, and deploys Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers/classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems.
- Ensures high-quality, reusable code with comprehensive unit test coverage in compliance with Salesforce and industry best practices.
- Designs and implements declarative automation using Approval Processes, Flows, and other advanced Salesforce features.
- Develops and optimizes complex SOQL and SOSL queries for performance and scalability.
- Provides technical mentorship to junior developers and administrators, promoting knowledge-sharing and enforcing coding standards.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
