Fox Corporation is looking to enhance its Salesforce platform by integrating AI and machine learning capabilities to create intelligent, automated, and predictive applications. This involves developing advanced solutions, pioneering new integrations with AI services, and improving business processes through technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience with Salesforce AI/ML functionalities, specifically with Salesforce Einstein.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform best practices.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce (e.g., using GitHub, Jenkins, or similar tools).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other modern technologies.
- Architect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Salesforce Einstein (e.g., Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action) and custom AI/ML integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external AI services and APIs to incorporate functionalities such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle on Salesforce, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and guiding them on complex development and architectural challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and their integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Administrators, and Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and AI/ML trends, proactively recommending new features and technologies to improve business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with AI development tools (Cursor IDE, Github Copilot etc.)
