FOX Corporation is seeking to enhance business efficiency and user experience across its divisions by designing, developing, and implementing intelligent, data-driven Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on AI and machine learning. This includes integrating Salesforce AgentForce, generative AI, and predictive analytics into their enterprise ecosystem to address real business scenarios like workflow automation for live event production and content operations, as well as improving their internal development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Ai and custom AI/ML integrations.
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing models.
- Experience integrating with external services and leveraging modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce AgentForce (Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action) and external AI/ML platforms.
- Integrate Salesforce with generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics services to deliver smarter, automated workflows.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to development, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance challenges across multiple Salesforce orgs and integrations.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its AI-driven insights.
- Experience with Salesforce AgentForce.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis or AI prototyping.
