Leidos is looking to modernize contact center capabilities, integrate with AWS services, and enable EHR interoperability to enhance patient and provider experiences by leveraging Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on development and configuration experience with: Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flow and automation tools, Agentforce, Omnistudio, Data Cloud integrations
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems
- Proficiency in designing API-based integrations with AWS services and external systems
- Exposure to implementing generative and agentic AI capabilities in Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist)
- Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum, Copado or SFDX/Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.
- Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient, provider, and partner experiences.
- Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows.
- Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
- Develop and maintain API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL DBs), and other enterprise systems.
- Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange patterns.

- US citizenship is required for this position with ability to obtain security clearance as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 12+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments
- This position can support telework up to 90% with 10% travel as needed.
- Knowledge of EHR integration patterns (FHIR, HL7, Epic, Cerner) and secure healthcare data exchange
