Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical outcomes, building and maintaining custom applications, integrating with external systems, and ensuring data security and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Five9 etc.,).
- Proficient with version control (e.g., Git), DevOps tools, and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to other developers.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features; recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
