Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is looking to solve the problem of designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Five9 etc.,).
- Proficient with version control (e.g., Git), DevOps tools, and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to other developers.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features; recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Must be able to provide superior customer service both internally and externally.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
