Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring system performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and declarative configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data models.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).
- Proficiency in Salesforce data management, deployment, and security settings.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring system performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and declarative tools.
- Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation to support operational efficiency and data-driven decisions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs (REST/SOAP) using middleware and data migration tools.
- Support existing applications, workflows, and integrations while optimizing performance and usability.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and DevOps advancements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
